At Dr Albert Ng 2010 Eye Care Centre, we believe that eye care is more than just 20/20 vision and technology.
Eyecare is about you… our patients.
We believe trust is earned one patient, one family, and one generation at a time.
It is about visual comfort, your eye health today & tomorrow, and overall well being.
Our eye doctors are here to listen, to examine, to explain and to help you to make the best choices for your eyes.
Our clinic is committed to be the guiding light in your wellness and quality of life.
We are thankful for having the privilege to serve our community for over 35 years.
Thank you for trusting us with your friends and family!
We'd love to see them.
Since opening our doors in 1983, one belief has guided everything we do:
Trust is earned one patient, one family, and one generation at a time.
Over the years, our practice has grown from one doctor into a team of experienced, caring optometrists who share the same commitment to thoughtful, individualized eye care. While technology, treatments, and clinical knowledge continue to advance, the values that guide our care have remained unchanged.
We believe every patient deserves to be listened to, examined thoroughly, treated with respect, and given the time to understand their eye health. Our goal is not simply to prescribe glasses or treat eye disease, but to help protect a lifetime of vision through prevention, early detection, education, and long-term relationships.
That commitment is also why we continue to invest in advanced diagnostic technology, ongoing professional education, and specialized clinical training. These investments are not ends in themselves. They help us make more accurate diagnoses, recommend the care that is most appropriate for each individual, and ultimately serve our patients better.
Whether you are visiting us for your child's first eye examination, myopia management, medical eye care, or a routine eye examination, we hope you leave feeling informed, respected, and confident that your eyes have been cared for as we would care for our own families.
We also believe that exceptional patient care begins with exceptional people. By encouraging and supporting our doctors and staff to continually learn, grow, and become their best, we strengthen our ability to provide outstanding care—and to help every patient feel like somebody.

With more than four decades of experience, Dr. Albert Ng and our team of doctors understand that myopia management and Orthokeratology (AOK Eye Braces® / Ortho-K / OK Lenses) are much more than fitting a contact lens. They are comprehensive medical treatments that require careful assessment, precise lens design, regular monitoring, and ongoing adjustments as your child's eyes grow.
Why expert Ortho-K follow-up matters
Orthokeratology gently reshapes the cornea overnight, and those changes naturally evolve as a child grows. Regular follow-up examinations help ensure:
Without experienced doctor-supervised care, important changes may go unnoticed, including:
Our highest priority is to protect your child's eye health by providing safe, personalized, evidence-based myopia management with careful monitoring throughout every stage of growth.

Our philosophy combines compassionate care, evidence-based medicine, and advanced technology to ensure every patient receives thoughtful, individualized care.
To help detect eye disease earlier and monitor treatment more precisely, our doctors use advanced diagnostic technology, including:
Technology enhances the care we provide, but our focus has always remained on you and your family.
Eye care is more than just 20/20 vision and technology.
Advanced technology helps us provide better care, but it never replaces listening carefully, explaining clearly, and treating every patient with the respect and compassion they deserve.

Dr. Albert Ng and our team of doctors are known for listening carefully and caring for the person behind every eye condition. Patients often tell us they appreciate our doctors' professionalism, calm approach, compassion, and the time we take to listen.

Beyond the Clinic
Outside the clinic, Dr. Ng treasures time with his family, enjoys travelling and hiking, and is a passionate "no-recipe" cook who loves preparing:

Dr. Vincent Law has been caring for patients since graduating from the University of Waterloo in 1998. He is especially loved by his patients for his kindness, warmth, and the genuine relationships he builds over time — particularly with seniors, who often see him as more than just their doctor.
He is known for his calm manner, easy conversations, and the way he makes people feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. Many patients show their appreciation in the most personal ways — bringing small gifts, homemade snacks, and treats — a reflection of the trust and affection they feel toward him.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Law enjoys cooking, spending time with his family, and travelling. He brings the same warmth, patience, and care into his personal life that he brings into his work with patients.

Dr. Fontini Koutsogiannopoulos brings over 40 years of experience to her work, along with a quiet kindness that patients immediately feel. Over her career, she has cared for generations of families, working in areas such as orthokeratology, laser vision co-management, and the treatment and management of ocular disease.
She is grateful for the trust patients place in her and is known for treating everyone with gentleness, empathy, and respect. Relationships matter deeply to her, and many of her patients have stayed with her for decades because of the care and attention she gives them as people, not just as patients.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Kouts, as her patients call her, enjoys spending time with her family, photography, and baking — things that bring her the same sense of calm and care that she brings to her work.

Dr. Vivian Li earned her Bachelor of Medical Sciences from the University of Western Ontario in 2008 before receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) in 2012. During her clinical training, she completed an externship at Woodhull Hospital in New York, where she gained extensive experience managing urgent eye conditions and a wide range of ocular diseases.
Dr. Li enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and providing thorough, personalized eye care. She has a special interest in children's vision, myopia control, orthokeratology, and dry eye management, and takes the time to ensure each patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident in understanding their eye health and treatment options.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Li enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. As an active family, they love skiing, snowboarding, biking, fishing, and running together.
Dr. William Huang brings a thoughtful and precise approach to patient care, shaped by a strong medical background and a genuine desire to help people feel safe and supported in their eye care. He has a special interest in complex contact lens care, including scleral lenses and orthokeratology, and enjoys working with patients who need individualized solutions, especially myopia management.
He is known for being attentive, calm, and thorough, taking the time to understand each patient’s needs rather than rushing through visits. Patients often describe him as caring and reassuring, with a steady presence that helps them feel comfortable and confident in their care.
Dr. Huang completed his optometry training at SUNY, State University of New York. His academic background also includes medical training and research, which has shaped his detail-oriented and careful attitude to clinical care.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Huang is a devoted father who values family time deeply. He enjoys playing basketball and softball, discovering new cuisines, travelling, and serving on the worship team at his church.

Dr. Shirley Ha has spent her career working with children, families, and patients whose vision challenges go beyond simple eyesight. Her work focuses on pediatric eye care, binocular vision, and neuro-optometric rehabilitation, with a deep interest in how vision affects learning, development, and daily life.
She is known for her thoughtful, patient approach and for taking time to truly understand how vision problems impact a person’s ability to function, learn, and succeed. Dr. Ha believes vision care is not just about seeing clearly — it’s about helping people live better.
Dr. Ha completed her optometry training at the University of Waterloo and gained early clinical experience in ocular disease and primary care through hospital-based training in Hong Kong. She later received advanced training in therapeutic eye care and neuro-optometric rehabilitation, and remains actively involved in education and professional leadership. She has served as past president of the OAO, Ontario Association of Optometrists, past executive board member of Vision Therapy Canada and presently serving on the Advisory Board at the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association.
She is a Fellow of both the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association (FNORA) and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (FOVDR) — the only optometrist in Ontario to hold both fellowships — and has spent many years contributing to professional education, advocacy, and the advancement of vision therapy and rehabilitation in Canada.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: children deserve to understand their vision, and parents deserve clear guidance to help their children thrive. She encourages early eye care, strong advocacy for children, and awareness that learning struggles are not always academic — sometimes they are visual.
In Her Own Words
“Children don’t always know how to explain what they’re seeing. They often assume their vision is normal because it’s all they’ve ever known. Early eye care gives them a reference point — so when something changes, they can speak up.
Good vision isn’t just about 20/20 eyesight. It’s about helping children see, learn, and succeed in life.”

Dr Leeann Noronha received her Honors Bachelors of Science degree as well as her Doctorate of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo. She is deeply committed to preventive care and strongly believes in promoting eye health early in life. Her work focuses on pediatric eye care, myopia control, and long-term vision protection, including care for patients with diabetes.
She is known for being thorough and thoughtful in her approach, and for taking the time to explain things clearly so patients and parents feel comfortable and confident in their decisions. Her practice includes caring for children as young as six months of age, managing myopia, fitting specialty contact lenses, and providing comprehensive diabetic eye care.
Dr Noronha values meaningful relationships with patients and their families, seeing eye care as a partnership built on trust, education, and consistency. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys running, playing the piano, and spending quality family time with her husband and two tuxedo kittens.
We love our patients, so feel free to drop by during normal clinic hours.
